Strategy:
Group 1: Theory
Group 2: Application
Group 3: Innovation

Note:
Any technical paper is accepted but participants should mention the group.

Rules and Regulations:
Maximum of 2 participants can be there in a team.
During registration, participant should mention group of his paper.
Registration can be done at registration desk in snist (or) at our nodal centers present across the city.
ID will be given to both the participants at our registration desk or nodal center.
One soft copy and two hard copies are to be submitted during registration.
Abstract should be mailed to events.udaan2010@gmail.com .
Last date for registration is 21st september 2010.
No changes will be accepted once the paper has been submitted.

Paper Format:
Typing should be done on only one side of an a/4 size paper with 1.5 spacing.the font size should be 12.times new roman or arial must be used and heading size may be as desired.font color may be black or blue.color photos are allowed.
Abstract and main paper must be proceeded by cover page specifying the paper title,relevant group,participants name,contact no.,email id,branch and college/institution.
Abstract must be of maximum 1 page long.
Main paper must be of maximum 12 pages excluding abstract and cover page.
Presentation should not exceed 8+2 minutes followed by q&a session.
Paper should be strictly in ieee format.

Note:
Judges coordinators decision will be final.
If papers are to be submitted by post, a d.d should be taken on the name of “the principal snist” and should be posted to following address along with papers.

** Few of the rejected papers will be taken into consideration for poster presentation.
