TCS today in VIGNAN

                   I think it was a good news for aspirants of TCS after knowing that English is no more a hurdle in the written test. Clearly to say you all in Srikanth Surampudi's words: '"in the abridged TCS written exam you people need not bother about vocabulary, antonyms,synonyms.....".

                    The detailed discussion is as follows:


                                        Mr. Srikanth Surampudi, Head, HR Dept, HYD, has made a visit to our VIGNAN campus to clear doubts regarding exam pattern and some other details.

Briefing out the selection procedure Mr. Srikanth shared the selection procedure as:

1) Written Exam: It contains 35 questions completely computer based. The questions are based on APTITUDE and REASONING.This exam is to filter the candidates to face the further selection process.

2) Technical Round: In this round questions regarding your own stream will be posed. Particularly base on  your interesting subjects.

3) Management Review: In this round the personnel will check out hidden talents like leadership qualities, ability to adjust with emerging trends and capability to adapt in any kind of situation and so on.
                                      
4) HR round:    This round is a test for your COMMUNICATION SKILLS. If you all made them at-least at  threshold value you are done
